Located next to the boardwalk and the sea, and very close to the historic center. It is the area chosen by many of the new restaurants, bars and private fashion venues that have emerged in Cuba in recent years. The apartment is very close to taxis and public transport, and is very close to the Cuban Art Factory, an emblematic place for exhibitions and concerts, bars and nightlife, very fashionable.
